Welcome everyone. For my particular page we are going to discuss in week 6 regarding the title Knowledge Management and Innovation: Networks and Networking by Swan, Newell, Scarbrough and Hislop. I Believe all of had read and study the article distributed and understand clearly the issue discussed. Feel free to post your opinion as you see fit. Cursing, bashing other visitor opinion is encouraged to provide enough chaos to induce creativity among participant. Spamming will not be tolerated. What is knowledge management? What is the relationship between knowledge networking and knowledge management?

Knowledge management can be broadly defined as encompassing any processes and practices concerned with creation, acquisition, capture, sharing and use of knowledge, skill and expertise. The relation ship of KM and Knowledge networking lies form the fundamental of KM it self which deals with people, system and IT infrastructure. Human communications make up part of the network and that how knowledge worker able to produce knowledge products with the help of knowledge assets such as IT infrastructure, business intelligence (BI), enterprise resource planning (ERP), etc.
